PU-GUN-FOAM Product description: One component polyurethane foam is used preferably for insulation and installation in the construction sector.　Applications can be filling cavities, break-through, cracks and gaps, sound and heat insulation, bonding, fixing, mounting, etc. Product Features: Processing temperature ( can and environment ) between +5c and +35c. Optimum processing temperature between +18c and +25c. Range of temperature resistance of cured foam is from -30c to+80c. The foam will adhere to material such as concrete, masonry, metal, wood and plastic except teflon and silicone. Cured foam is non-toxic. Usage instructions: Shake can vigorously for one minute before use. Clean and remoisten surface before use. Firmly screw can on adapter, and turn the flow adjustment screw anticlockwise. Foam begins to cure after ten minutes, Wait for one hour before doing the next step. Use a knife to smooth our cured foam and treat surface with cement, paint, or silicone. Application Example: Door and Windows. Installation of switches and sockets. Filling and sealing of gaps between wall and pipes.
