We do all painting and hot dip galvanizing in our factory. It’s yearly capacity is 50,000 ton for system scaffolds, 50,000 ton fittings and 120,000 ton scaffolding tubes. All our products are strictly confirmed to international standard of BS1139, EN 74 and AS1576. And we get certificate on couplers from SHEFFIELD TESTING LABORATORIES and certificate on pipes from SGS. We are dealing with many famous scaffolding companies all over the world with competitive prices.
An experienced senior foreign engineer who used to work for SGB in UK controls the overall process in our company. 100% slip and distortion test day and night. Furhtermore, each product has traceable mark and code, which shows the production date and PO number. We enclose test certificate in every container.
