● Horse Rug for Winter outside: 600D&840 polyester waterproof out layer. T/C or Cotton lining. With 10 OZ polyfill inner. Straight stitching with Binding on the edge. Bar take on some part to add strong.
● Horse Rug for winter indoor: 3 layer ( 420 D nylon/ 10 OZ Polyfill/ TC ) quilt together. This construction is not waterproof. Special for indoor wearing.
● Horse Rug for Summer: two layers ( 420 D nylon PU/ Cotton lining) or 1 layer ( mesh rug or fleece rug, lycra rug ).
● Neoprene boot for protect horse rug.
● Horse accessories: Horse headcollar , Horse leadrope. Horse bandage . etc
We have equipped full process including:
1. samples development:
A. we can do what our customer want, they provide the spec where include the size chart,production drawing, materials need and construction way, also the brand they want.
B. We also can design the style to our client. If our client tell us their idea. We can office the samples to them.
2. Raw materials source:
A. Fabric: There are normal nylon jersey, Lycra, Fleece and special various stretchy fabric, we can purchase from China supplier or Taiwan supplier.
B. Neoprene: There are several supplier in China and Taiwan who make high quality SBR and CR.
3. Slice/Lamination: Special machines for neoprene slab slice and laminate fabric are equipped. Also we equipped the emboss machine to emboss different shape or brand if our customer want.
4. Cutting&printing Dept: We have printing technical and cut all fabric according our customer asked.
5. Heavy stitching Dept: various functional machines equipped. Straight machine. Double needle straight machine. NEW STYLE Flatlock, Overlock., Coverstitching. Long arm Blindstitching. Zigzag. Mauser machine ...
