● Overview NT-S1100 is a fast WDM media converter of high performance and reliability. It can converter electrical signals of 10/100Base-T twisted pairs with optical signals of 100Base-FX. It adopts wave division multiplexing technology and fulfills the signals transmission and receiving only via 1 fiber. It complies with IEEE802.3z and IEEE802.3ab standards, and supports two types of media network connections: 10/100Base-T and 10/100Base-SX/LX. It greatly saves the cost for cooperator and improve the project efficiency by only using 1 fiber. ● Features • Support inter-conversion between 10/100Base-T and 10/100Base-FX • Adopt WDM (wave division multiplexing) technology • Support 10/100Mbps auto-sensed • Support full-duplex and half-duplex and its auto-sensed • Support MDI and MDI-X auto sensed • Support LFP (Link Fault Pass-through) with dip-switch (customized: specify in order if need) • Support the transmission of extra-long VLAN packets • Support the transmission of extra-long packets up to 1600 bytes • Support Quality of Service (QoS) and ensuring the transmission of VoIP packets • Provide complete LED indicators and alarms • Support transmitting distance 20~100km • Used in pair: TX=1310nm,RX=1550nm; TX=1550nm, RX=1310nm
