Detailed Description

Polycarboxylate-based (PC) superplasticizer has been formulated to impart extreme workability without segregation to concrete, and to achieve high early compressive strength. It is intended for the production of Self Consolidating Concrete (SCC) in ready-mix applications. It is specially adapted to the production of high durability concrete, self-compacting concrete, high compressive strengths concrete, high workability-retaining concrete, and also concrete with good appearance requirement. Features: 1. High range water reduction: Its water reduction can be up to 35% at high dosage rates. 2. High compressive strengths: Increase the compressive strengths of concrete by 50-120% at the age of 3 days, 80% at the age of 28 days and 30-50% at the age of 90 days. 3. High slump-retaining ability: Almost no slump loss of the concrete in 2h whatever the temperature is. 4. Excellent workability: High ability against bleeding or segregation, low resistance and easy for pumping, no bleeding mark or obvious bubble defect and excellent aesthetic appearance. 5. Low alkali content 6. No chloride ions and non-corrosion to steel bar 7. High durability: Effectively improves the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of the concrete. Lower drying shrinkage of the concrete by 20% or more compared to naphthalene-based admixture. 8. High compatibility: Compatibly with a far greater range of cement types and mineral admixtures. Particularly fit for the preparation of high durability concrete and self-compacting concrete with fly ash and ground slag. 9. Stable performance. No delamination or sedimentation in its shelf life and no crystallization in winter. 10. Nontoxic, no formaldehyde and no pollution
