TS Series Rotor Mills are widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and fine chemical processing industries for homogenization and classification of dry and moist products. Working Principle: The material need to be processed enters into the feed inlet of the rotor mill, which drops into the conical sieves chamber. The rotor running and produce whirling action to the material, and throw the material to the sieve mesh surface by means of centrifugal force. At same time, the shearing action produced between the high speed rotor blades and the sieve mesh surface, the material is crushed or milled into homogenization small granules and discharged through the sieve mesh. The size/mesh of the granule can be adjusted by the meshes of the sieves, and the gap between the sieves and rotor blades, and the speed of the rotor.
