Qingdao Wuxiao Group Co., Ltd was initially established in March，1993, located in Qingdao, Shandong province, China. Through the continuous development of more than ten years, she has grown into a national large-scale private firm with 1500 employees 600,000 ㎡plant coverage and 230 million fixed assets.Engaging in tower manufacturing for more than a decade, she has longtime experience in the design, manufacture and installment of steel tower mast structure. Main products include all kinds of iron towers and similar steel structures widely used in the fields like power transmission, substations, tele-communication, microwave-communication, radio/TV broadcasting, mapping, watchtower etc. The general annual production capacity is up to 10 million tons. In compliance with the customers’ requirements, we can provide project general contract for tower design fabrication and installation or single package contract.
The company successively obtained <Production License of Iron Tower of 500KV>in 1997, <Certificate of Competency of Quality Inspection>, <National Certificate of Measurement>, <Certificate of Guaranteed Measurement>, <Provincial High Credit & Reputation Enterprise >, etc., a series of qualification and honors, we also possess <Franchise of Import & Export of the People’s Republic of China>.
The company possesses advanced and sufficient R&D system, first-class hardware as well as design and molding software. AutoCAD is adopted in the design and laying off work. Through the usage of LAN (local area network) system, design and production are smoothly connected which results in the efficiency and precision. The company is equipped with various digital machineries like large-scale bending machine, automatic production line of angle steel and connecting plate, automatic cutting machine, and plasma pipe cutting machine. Other major hot-treatment machineries include large-scale zinc G.I tank (accessories), continuous cutting machine, gas protection welding machine, submerged arc welding machine, and manual welding machines. The main cold-treatment machineries are crank extrusion press, plate shearing machine, hydraulic truing machine, drilling machine, lathe, planer etc .all together more than 150 sets. There are full sets of physical & chemical property testing instruments as well: 600KN universal material tester, infrared-ray carbon & sulfur analysis instrument, manganese, phosphorus & silicon automatic analysis instrument, spectrum analysis instrument, steel inspection mirror, theodolite, ultrasonic in-destructive flaw testing instrument, x-ray flaw testing instrument and so on. These machineries and instruments safeguard the production of qualified goods. For product transport, there are nearly 30 sets of various vehicles meeting the needs.
In 1995, the company obtained the TV & Radio Tower Production Certificate (National TV & Radio Ministry); obtained 110KV/220KV/500KV Transmission Tower Production Certificate from National Power Ministry in 1996, 1997, 1999 respectively. In June 1999, it gained 220KV Power Transmission Steel Pole Production Certificate. In recent years, it obtained the production certificate for 500KV prism steel pole and four-column steel pipe tower as well as 500KV substation structure. In 1994, the company got the National Measurement Qualification; Title of High Quality Product from Qingdao Technology Supervision Bureau; December 2001, Physical and Chemical Property Testing Certificate (Grade Two) from the Physical and Chemical Property Testing Society of Shandong Industrial Machinery. In 2004, the company passed the National Enterprise Quality Inspection Unit Conformation, and for many years the company has been titled Contract Biding and Promise Keeping Enterprise, Also, in 2002, the company was offered the Qualification Certificate for Import and Export of PRC.
The company highlights scientific and standardized management and has been vigorously narrowing the gap with international standards, establishes and implements various management regulations. Dec.9, 1998, we passed, officially, the examination of ISO9002 Quality System by China Quality Commission and Trade Inspection Bureau, thus entering a new stage in management and service. In December 2001, we successfully passed the examination of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Control System, making a stride in every field of management.
Through decade of endeavour and development, the Group Company came into being, but we are not self-satisfied. We have higher aim to achieve, i.e; hundred years of enterprise. We are creating a study atmosphere in the company. Through study make the company more lively and competitive.
Qingdoa Wuxiao Tube Making Company is a division of Qingdao Wuxiao Group, which started producing tower building in 1996 and started mass production since 2003. The total investment is RMB 170 million. The staff is 460，including the engineers and technicians 40，wind –power equipment making workers 360. We have 5 production lines and the output is 60 sets/month，700 sets/year, and we can say we have the largest production ability in this field in China.
Ever since its foundation, the company has provided tower units to the following major customers as Vestas 850KW、GE 1.5MW、Gamesa 850KW、Nordex 1.3MW、Goldwind Tech 600 KW and 750KW. We have received favorable reputation from our customers in these 10 years.
We have got ISO9001：2000 certification in December of 2005.
