Hao Hua Zhongyi GFRP Co., Ltd (hereafter called Hao Hua Zhongyi) is set up as a holding company by Hao Hua Chemical (Group) Corp., a subordinate Corp of China Chemical (Group) Corp which is a state –run mainstay enterprise under the jurisdiction of the Central Administration. The registered capital is 50 million Yuan (RMB).
The Company adopts the structural system that the General Manager is in Charge of the liability on managing work under the leadership of board of directors and board of supervisors.
The company possesses following assets, 4 production lines of FRP process pipe winding machines, 6 sets of FRP storage tank winding equipment, 4 sets of FRP vessel winding equipment, 13 lines of full automatic reinforced plastic mortar pipe winding machines controlled by computer and 11 production lines of pultruded FRP products and gratings.
At present time, the company is one of the biggest in scale，most advanced in technology and most powerful in its production, a specialized manufacturer for FRP series products in China.
The main equipment were imported from Italy at its early stage, the company can produce serial pipes within DN4,000mm and serial vessels, towers and pressure vessels within 15,000mm and also FRP pultruded profile products ,gratings ,tension member of optical cable and construction of equipment.
The FRP products produced here have performed very good characteristics as good in pressure tolerance, high in strength and stiffness, light in weight, long time lasted, corrosion resistance, nonpoisonous and tasteless, clean and smooth in interior surface. The FRP products are widely substituting the traditional materials with its obvious advantages. The applications in the fields of petroleum chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food and brewing industry, especially in the fields of irrigation, city water supply networks, drainage, polluted water treatment, environment hygiene, pipe water networks etc have already demonstrated the enormous vitality.
The design, development, fabrication, erection and service in the high standard have formed the strict quality management system of Hao Hua Zhongyi Company.
The company has adopted the method of automatic design by computer in design and product development. In software, Hao Hua Zhongyi has introduced the advanced technology of finite element method analysis and simultaneous imitation.
In cooperation aspect, Hao Hua Zhongyi together with Beijing FRP Design & Research General Institute, Wuhan Industrial University, Torgji University etc have carried out outstanding research and development.
