Shanghai Yuda Auto Ignition System co., Ltd. is a high technological enterprise specialized in the development, research, manufacture and sales of standard ignition coils for vehicles domestic and abroad, on which China SINB Group invests 4 million USD in Shanghai Jiading international auto city. Our corporation has an area of 18 thousand square meters, and the area of the workshop is 5 thousand square meters. Our corporation is just adjacent to Shanghai F1 circuit, Shanghai Volkswagen and the automobile faculty of Tongji University. We are located only 15 kilometers from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and also only an hour drive from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. So we own the good timing, geographical advantage and human resource in harmony.
With the support of the Shanghai Jiading Auto Industry Development Policy and the talents advantage of the automobile faculty of Tongji University, Shanghai Yuda Auto Ignition System co., Ltd. utilizes the international advanced mode of enterprise management and develops with the TS16949 Quality System and Six Sigma management concept. Strengthen the quality management; establish the brand strategy and we will steadily go on the road of globalization and science innovation.
Shanghai Yuda Auto Ignition System co., Ltd. has set up the technical center. The proportion of the staffs that have college scholarship or above is over 80 percent. We have already enabled us to design and research varies of the standard auto ignition coils independently. We have advanced automatic manufacturing lines, and we have the CAPA to produce 80k pcs ignition coils per month, 1000k pcs per year. The value of the products each year is supposed to 8 million USD. And 80 percent of our products are exported to the international markets of Europe, America and the Mid East etc.
