TB Series Rotary Die Cutting Machine Back Kick Feeding System 1. The vacuum suction system helps feeding, the vacuum volume is adjustable to meet different size and quality of carton sheet. 2．Industrial plastic feeding rail, reduce the friction between the rails and carton sheet, feed more smooth. 3. The back supporter is cylinder driven, move fast. 4. The kicking plate is made of light and durable aluminum. 5．The position of side guides, back stop, kicking plate and front gate adjust manually. 6．The continuous and skip feeding are both available. 7．The counter sets and displays the production. Feeding Roll: 1. The up feeding roller (Φ150mm) is solid steel wrapped with durable rubber so to improve the friction, and with balance adjusting device. 2. The low feeding wheels (Φ150mm) are net caved and chrome-plated. 3. The clearance between feeding rollers adjusts manually within the scope of 12mm, and the adjusting data displays on the dial. Die Cutting Unit: 1.Die cutting roll (the low roll, φ487.17mm) 1). Be made of high quality material, rubbing treated and chrome-plated. 2). Balance emended, running more stable. 3). The distances between the screw holes on the roll are: axial gap 50mm and radial gap 56.6mm (For TB-1200*2000); axial gap 50mm and radial gap 63.74mm (for TB-1600*2400). 4). The thickness of mold should be 25.4mm (including the blade). 5). The appropriate thickness for wood mold is：13mm（apply to 3-ply carton sheet）, 16mm（apply to 5-ply carton sheet）. 2. Rubber mat roll（the up roll, φ516.38mm） 1）. Be made of high quality material, rubbing treated and chrome-plated. 2）. Balance emended, running more stable. 3）. The clearance between the rubber mat roll and the die cutting roll adjusts manually. 4）. The transverse movement of rubber mat roll adjusts by mechanical cam device. 5）. Ten pieces of rubber mat, thickness 8mm, width 250mm. 3．Phase adjustment 1). The phase adjustment system adopts planet gear construction. 2). The die cutting phase is 360o degrees micro adjustment（either when running or stop）. 3). Manual transverse adjustment of die cutting roll, the adjusting scope is 20mm.
