Our company is well-known in the same field as variety complete and powerful technology.The product mainly imitate America KODA at the beginning of X-ray film develop machine production and succeeded in trial manufacurer in 1982 filling the blank of this product in china.After years of research and experience accumulation by our technician,gradually we can develop and design by ourselves and formed series,diversified product construction.The product all adopt si-circuit control technology and imported machine components which represents the international advanced level.It makes the develop efficiency and average no trouble rate much higher than the collegues at home. Our machines sell well in domestic market especially in Shandong, Beijing,Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan,Guangzhou,Fujian and so on and the product is regarded as their first choice.In 2002 multiple provincial tender project,we hit it and also succeed in national tranferring the gas from west to east engineering and national external assistance project(Africa and Uzbekistan).Our product has exported to USA,Korea,Russia,CIS,UAE,Iran and so on.
Our product adopt driving rubber roller which is specially treated,it can be used for more than 6 years in high strength,strong acid and strong alkali environment.The machine components are chosen from domestic prestigious large factory.Imported original axis flow fans,316L stainless material mould press shaped drying box,real never rust steel from Japan which guaranteeing the running characteristic of whole machine.
Main characteristics:
Machinery driving part abandoned the behindhanded chain wheel/strip driving framework which is still used by many other factories.We adopt Japan Sanyo original gear decelerator.The noise during running is extremely low(only sound of wind).ABS engineering mold roller and axis frame structure,never distort,never expand,acid alkali resistant and anti erosion,put an end to the phenomenon such as film jam,scratching and not getting dry by drying.
Electric control part takes the lead in using si-control element advioding the shortcoming that the metal action parts of traditional relay easily erode failure working in strong acid and alkali environment. It gurantees the accuracy of temperature control and speed adjusting.
The film come out way it has two kinds:
A.Front up come out machine makes the film drop on the machine top automatically.
B.Behind come out: This kind of machine makes the film drop in the rear end film keeping basket.
Control interface:
Entirely automatic,high quality and fast no grade speed adjust deep slot type film developing machine,medicine slot box combine heating, man-machine intelligentize dialogue,low liquid level alarm display.
Cooling filtrate:
Under high temperature in summer in order to solve the phenomenon that no way to develop film due to high environment temperature which cause the rising of medicine liquid temperature exceed limit.we specially design bath cycle automatically cooling to display fixative function and insure the fixative temperature not exceed the working temperature for developing (Optional equipment).
Temperature control:
The whole machine is controled by microcomputer and automatically control the temperature supplement,circle and drying. In the machine we install various kinds of survey systems which can monitor the low liquid and temperature excess at any time.The machine also has the function of displaying alarm.
Maintenance and Service:
In order to make it convenient for maintenance,the electric control main board independent integrity meet insert type easy for survey and change besides the convey film frame, drying box are easily taken out for washing servicing.Automatic enter film filling liquid system.Automatic enter film filling,timing supplement and liquid surface filling can work independently and simultaneously.
