At the present time, the quantity of car owners is soaring so that a large number of limited fuel sources are exhausted. Meanwhile, the environmental protection is increasingly challenged for the 60% pollution in the city is made by cars’ exhaust emissions. A kind of electronic product with energy-saving and environmental protection, KPY intelligent repetitious ignition module, have been produced in the moment of truth, which is an intelligent electronic mechanism adopting micro-electronic double-nuclear CMOS chip. KPY intelligent repetitious ignition module and the ECU in the car are often working together, and ECU can control fuel oil’s jetting by collecting all sensors’ signals, namely, the data and signals from sensors in the car, such as intake pressure sensor, air current sensor, oxygen sensor and so on would be optimized, adjusted and then transmitted to ECU so that the engine management system can control fuel oil’s jetting better and save as much fuel as possible.
To make an engine produce power, we will put air and fuel into cylinder by a certain proportion firstly ( usually gasoline cars set the ratio of air and fuel as 1 to 14.7, but the ratio of a gas-fired engine is often set as 1 to 17 for it often accords with environmental protection best),and then fire the compound of air and fuel at the appropriate moment so that the inflated gas in the combustion push down the piston that have gone to the top of cylinder stroke to generate power.
The course seems very simple and would havn’t included any advanced electronic technology, but the actual fact is more complex than what we can imagine. First of all, the running speed is not steady and the higher the speed is, the more air the engine needs. In order to keep a steady ratio of air and fuel, the fuel oil jetting system must adjust the supply of fuel accordingly and an only computer in the car can make the system cooperate best. However, KPY car intelligent repetitious ignition module can adjust the input signals of oxygen sensor better, which don’t influence the normal working of engine at all, and then the engine ECU will control fuel oil jetting and the control can adjust itself to better with the working state of engine. Still, KPY car intelligent repetitious ignition module can adjust the ignition signal and pulse to dig the strongest ignition energy according to rev speed because it has high transition frequency, quick response and high dynamic capability for adopting CMOS chip, Which not only saves fuel oil or fuel gas but also enhances power, and so advances the previous shortage of car, sets the ratio of air and fuel to a ideal level and reachs the goal of saving energy sources and environmental protection.
KPY car intelligent repetitious ignition module capability:
