Zhejiang MDC Mould Co.,Ltd was established in 1997. Our core focus from inception was the development and manufacture of world class plastic tool and die equipment. Our experience in mold design and manufacture spans many industries including Automotive, Electrical, House wares, Industrial and many more.
As a result of our ongoing development, MDC has a team of highly skilled Project managers, Engineers, Designers and Fabrication Technicians that ensure the success of every project however large or small it may be.
For more than a decade we have worked with many world class mould and plastic manufacturers, and through such collaboration we continue to advanced our technologies and processes. Examples of our advanced design and manufacturing capabilities lie in our Crate and Pallet molds. Our Crate Mould can produce 16 different variations and our Pallet Mould produces up to 32 different shapes and sizes.
SMC/GMT compression moulds are another competitive product from MDC. As the leading manufacturer of SMC/GMT moulds in China, we ensure that all moulds manufactured by MDC are processed according to European and North American standards.
Ongoing development is another important focus for MDC. Our most recent success is the design, development and manufacture of GMT/LFT moulds. Again through our successful collaboration with several world-class companies, we have acquired the most advanced technology in composite moulds, such as Symalite. We are the only company which is able to produce such moulds in China, with less than 5 such companies in the world.

Our Design service uses the latest versions of Pro-E,U.G, Cimatron, Auto-CAD to output designs in full 3d formats. The design team has many years of experience in concept Design, it can provide and concept designs from the earliest stage of any Project.
MDC is specialized in the design, Manufacture, Modification and Maintenance of plastic Injection Moulds, we also offer expertise in blowing Mould, Auto Mould and GMT/SMC/BMC/DMC mould.
We have created a platform for Advanced Technological Solutions that meets and exceeds its customer’s expectations. This innovative approach to business enables MDC to supply globally cost effective, full turnkey packages of Tooling and associated services to its customers in reduced lead-times.
