Jiangsu Huashun Steel Tube Co., Ltd is located at Dinggou Town, the eastern suburbs of the ancient city —Yangzhou. The company has advantageous location and convenient transportation which is near to the Ningqi Railway and Jinghu Expressway. The company invested 120 million RMB Yuan in first phase, covering an area of 70,000 square meters. There are 80 engineers and technicians among its total staffs of 600 staffs. The company is specialized in manufacturing seamless carbon steel and alloy steel tubes with the dimensions of outside Diameter 16mm – 426mm and thickness 1-36mm, meeting the specifications by GB, ASTM/ASME, API, JIS, DIN, BS, etc. The annual outputs of 150,000 tons of our pipes and tubes are widely used in petrochemical, machinery, shipyard, power station, boiler, heat exchanger, etc.
The main manufacturing facilities include 2 sets of Piercer, 2 sets Heating Furnaces, sets of Chain-type Cold-draw Machine of 25tons, 45tons, 65tons and 120tons, 2 sets of Hydraulic Cold-draw Machine of 200tons and 300tons, 2 sets of Rolling Bottom Heat-treating Furnaces, several sets of Straightening Machines, End-treatment Machines and Cutting Machines. We have passed the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System and the Certificate of API 5L and API 5CT. We have complete inspection equipments such as the 100ton Computer Controlled Hydraulic Universal Tester, Charpy Tester, Hardness Tester, Metallurgical Microscope, Spectrometer, 721 Type Colorimeter, Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer, Eddy Current Testing equipment, Ultrasonic Inspection System, etc. We can do the Mechanical Properties Testing, Chemical Composition Analysis, Hydraulic Testing, Metallurgical Analysis and NDT Testing so as to assure the tubes′quality achieving the international leading level.
