4.What can I do if the delivery is failed?
-If you select delivery by Express (EMS), your item weighing 500g or above will be delivered under an insurance premium.
In case of any loss of delivery on midway, the courier will be claimed and when the courier confirms, approximately in 20 days, the loss of delivered package, your payment will be fully refunded. Certainly ,so far we haven't lost any package.
-If you order a small item of about 100g~200g in weight, it will be delivered by Standard Air Mail without insurance.
If the package is not delivered within 30 days, you will get the full amount of refund at once.
5.Shall I pay local customs tax?
