The company produces 15, 000tons hw60, hw48 series ring system scaffold. The main material of ring system scaffold adopts high strength low alloy steel (gb1951-94 q345b) and with anti-erosion treatment through hot dip galvanized craft. All products are conforming to astm, jis, bs and en.
Ledger: Ledger is one of the main force endure and connector. It is composed of a tube and two ledger head. Each top of it has a pin. They are inserted into the ring plate hole, when we connect two standards. Normally, fourteen types of the ledger is available, and we can produce the ledger with the custom? Need, finally ladder should be hot galvanized.
Standard: Standard is a force endure and connect product. It is placed in vertical as used. We can add one standard up on the other with the connective pipe. It is made of a pipe and several ring plates. We weld a plate every 0.5 meter on the pipe. Every plate has eight holes to connect the ledgers and braces. U-head: U-head: Is used to insert in the top of the vertical post to support beam etc. There are two different styles available.
1. Adjustable u-head is made up of "u" shape steel plate, screw jack and screw handle.
2. Fixed u-head is made up of "u" shape steel plate welding with tube.
Base collar: The function of base collar is just same as screw jack, and it can be adjust the height when placed the screws jack at the bottom. The consist of it is like the standard, but its tube is very short.
Base palat: Base plate is a component for connection with the root of the vertical posts to support the vertical post aw well as transfer the whole scaffold structure weight to the entire tuft. Screw jacd: Caca is made from 140*140*6mm steel plate, screw, handle, etc.
