Product Overview

Our Polyimide Film Composite Insulated Aerospace Wires are engineered to meet the most demanding requirements of commercial and military aircraft, designed for harsh environments and extreme operating conditions. Featuring a robust "Polyimide + Fluororesin (PTFE/FEP)" composite insulation system, these wires deliver an optimal balance of small size, high temperature resistance, lightweight construction, low flame propagation, and superior mechanical durability (scratch and impact resistance). With excellent arc resistance, mold and fungi resistance, and outstanding aviation fuel tolerance, they are the ideal solution for high-reliability applications in aerospace and defense systems.

Structure

ConductorAnnealed silver-plated copper or high-strength silver-plated copper alloy.

InsulationFluororesin (PTFE/FEP) coated polyimide film, wrapped and sintered.

Jacket (Optional) Sintered PTFE film wrap.

Temperature Range-90°C ~ +200°C

CustomizationMulti-conductor configurations (twisted pairs, 3-core, 4-core stranded) available, with or without jackets/shields.

    • HT-SPC / H-SPC: 3-layer structure (conductor + composite insulation + PTFE jacket) for enhanced protection, ideal for complex cabin environments.
    • TH-SPC: Combines PTFE extrusion with polyimide wrapping to improve insulation penetration and scratch resistance. It meets the military standard M22759/28, making it suitable for high-reliability military applications.
    • HET-SPC / HE-SPC: 2-layer structure (conductor + composite insulation) without a jacket, providing maximum lightweighting for space-constrained cabin wiring.
  2. Voltage Rating & Wall Thickness
    • 250V Series (HT-SPC / HET-SPC): Thinner insulation for low-voltage, weight-sensitive applications.
    • 600V Series (H-SPC / TH-SPC / HE-SPC): Thicker insulation to meet the higher dielectric strength requirements of power and control circuits.​
