CFRT Ud-Tape

  CFRT Ud tape is a single-layer fiber reinforced thermoplastic CFRT prepreg tape after continuous fiber spreading out in parallel, impregnated with thermoplastic resin and reshaped. Through the company's proprietary technology research and development, coupling treatment on the surface of glass fiber overcomes the technical difficulties such as high viscosity of thermoplastic resin and not easy to infiltrate the fiber gap. The unidirectional tape is made by impregnating glass fiber with resin with unique technology. lt is characterized by horizontal arrangement of fibers, glass fiber content of 50%-70%, thickness of 0.15-0.4mm and the tensile strength is greater than 800MPa, even up to 1000MPa.
