Portable E-Light+RF IPL Device

IPL is short for Intense Pulse Light, and also known as IPL for skin rejuvenation. It is a kind of strong pulse of wide spectrum wavelengths of intense pulse light, which can penetrate from the epidermis to the dermis.
It makes full use of selective absorption of light to remove or erase wrinkles, shrink pores and remove hair.
