Transformer aluminum foil is a key component of insulation and conductivity in the transformer, which directly affects the quality of the transformer. Transformer aluminum foil and strips generally use 1060 aluminum foil, 1070 aluminum foil and 3003 aluminum foil, which belong to the conventional series in the aluminum strip family. 1 series and 3 series aluminum plates are ordinary aluminum plates and have a price advantage over 5 series and 6 series products. The thickness of aluminum foil for transformers is generally between 0.02-0.055mm.
Transformer foil is manufactured using a specialized rolling process to achieve the required thickness and mechanical properties. Foils can undergo additional treatments, such as annealing, to improve their ductility and conductivity.

Transformer aluminum foil characteristics:
1. It has excellent electrical properties, more efficient transmission and lower loss.
2. Aluminum foil can effectively dissipate heat, keeping the transformer from overheating and working stably under high load conditions.
3. High insulation strength improves the reliability of the transformer.
4. Light and easy to transmit, making transportation and installation more convenient and reducing costs.
5. Environmental protection and energy saving, helping to achieve green power transmission.
