Specification:
Bi- absorbent noise barrier panel with size of 3 mtr width x 3.5m height, with EN1793 &v EN 1794 European standards.
Technical Specifications: Noise barrier shall compose of certified and tested panels according to the requirements of the European Standards.

Material specifications:
Posts: UC 152 type welded to a 20mm thk. base plate with all required gussets, cleats etc duly hot dip galvanized with a coat of primer and two coats of epoxy finish paint.
Posts are fastened to the flyover with M 20 anchors and chemical grout.

Construction: Bi–absorbent Aluminum perforated shells of 1.2 mm thk. duly assembled with self-drilling GI screws. Two slabs of water repellent mineral/rock wool of 40mm thk. and 90 kg/Cu.m density is sandwiched inside the Aluminum panel, duly separated by a 1.20 mm thick aluminum sheet separator to induce bi-absorbent effect. Aluminum panels shall be powder coated.

Sound proofing transparent panels 15mm thk. PMMA sheets (of size 3m x 0.5 m) duly encased in a bolted steel frame with EPDM rubber gasket. The steel frame is to be hot dip galvanized with a coat of primer and two coats of epoxy finish paint.
