Since 2011, Xiongcai Technology has been a pioneering

XIONGCAI TECH is one of the few manufacturers that focus
on motor controller for automotive fuel pump (electronic speed control or ESC), especially in automotive
fuel pump.
In 2018, Unicent Auto Parts, a company specialized in design
and manufacture of automotive fuel pump, contacted us and inquired about motor
controller for their products. The client was really picky and particular,
their engineer team set a standard on protection measure beyond the industry
because this product is designed for the greatest automobile group in
China—FAW. They said they had met several suppliers, some items of the
standards were unacceptable, because if all items met this extremely high
standard, the cost would exceed cost budget.
Xiongcai team wanted to give a shot. Engineered from
ground up, Xiongcai R&D team designed a combination of software and
hardware meticulously called XCA105, making all parameters up to customer’s
standard. After one year test and verification, Xiongcai XCA105 motor
controller for fuel pump was approved. The client has introduced this product
for 6 years till now.

Peak
current limit. This measure will limit the peak current to avoid damage to
motor;
b. Single PWM periodical current detection limit reduces impact of pulse current to motor;
There are some more protection measures, including under voltage protection, over
current protection, low temperature and over-temperature protection, plugging,
reverse connection, short circuit protection, etc. this means
the motor controller may stop working due to some reasons but never be damaged.
