PZJL series slurry pump under liquid

The ZJL submersible slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump that is immersed in the liquid and used to transport abrasive, coarse-grained, high-concentration slurry. There is no need for any shaft seal and shaft seal water, and it can work normally even when the suction volume is insufficient.

The flow-passing parts of the ZJL pump are made of wear-resistant metal.

The parts of the ZJL pump immersed in the liquid are all lined with rubber and are suitable for conveying abrasive slurry without edges.

Depending on the level of the slurry tank, pump drive shafts or suction pipes of different lengths can be selected.

ZJL type pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump. The pump inlet is vertically downward and the outlet is vertically upward on the other side of the pump. The pump is mainly composed of lower filter, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket and other parts. The upper part of the pump is supported by bearings. The pump is installed under the liquid without any shaft seal, and the flow-passing parts are made of wear-resistant materials. The transmission types of this type of pump are BD and DC, namely belt drive and direct drive. The depth of immersion in the liquid can be determined according to the actual needs of the user within the standard size range. It rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the direction of the pump suction inlet.
