From year of 2005, Asianstar Company establish the CNC Machining Factory in Guangdong Province, China. We mostly provide CNC Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, and Multi Machining processes service on various materials.
Asianstar CNC Machining Factory, starting from year 2005 located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, is a professional CNC Machining Parts Manufacturer, with long term development, now we have more than 80 employees with facilities 135 machinery and production area 2500SM.

With our experienced skillful engineers team, we providing high quality custom CNC metal and plastic parts to world wide clients in many industries field. We are always appreciated by high tolerance quality and one-stop service of multiple processes. We are now working for clients partners from USA, Euro, Mid-East, Asian, supporting clients’ projects by excellent quality, bottom cost and quick lead-time.

Until now, we are providing services including CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC turning and milling, CNC drilling, grinding, aluminum extrusion, forging service, sheet metal fabrication, etc. And we apply various of surface finishing treatments on products according to order demands.

The materials we use on CNC machining process are mostly metal and plastic, such as aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, mild steel, titanium, ABS, HDPE, LDPE, PEEK, nylon, PTFE, etc. Our engineers team understand deeply on materials and we use correct materials for production depends on the production functions. We also choose best production solutions and tooling and cutters for unique materials.

Besides plentiful production experiences, we also built up strict QC system to control our product quality. We have QC Controlling System which includes QC Procedure Control File before production start, it controls the production procedure strictly following quality details, and we have monitoring QC checking during production process, after all, we have final QC inspection on each item before packing. With this developed QC system, we are able to control production precision and product appearance in perfect and submit clients superb products.
