Blade length maximum24FT, Vansefans unique 3 degrees upward, 30% coverage rate. Effective coverage is more than 1,500 square meters.

2. Large Volume No Empty Recycle

Vanse HVLS fans variable streamlined cross section–according to aerodynamics equal chord length theory ,the blade gradually narrowed and thinned from root to tip until the tail then widened, root to tail width is 29.8-19.2cm. Make sure the air uniform along the length direction, even cover middle area.

The wind generated by Vanse large ceiling fan simulates the natural wind, three-dimensional air supply, covering the whole body to maximize the sweat evaporation. 1. Steel Wire Rope Protection

Connector and I Beam are winded with 1000KG (2205Ibs)tensile wire rope to prevent the fan from sliding and falling.

2. Wire Rope Balance Protection

Four wire ropes are fixed with building traction to prevent the fan from shaking and falling .

3. Anti-falling Safety Ring

Safety ring connects electric unit with hub, forming integration to prevent the broken shaft from falling apart.

4. Anti-fall Self-locking Device

Motor output shaft tension device（patented design）,forms self-locking to ensure the hub and shaft firmly fastened together.

5. Integrated Hub

Integrated hub embedded with 5 shaped fasteners to support minimum 11T(24244Ibs) tensile .

6. Mortise and Tenon Petiole Connection

The petiole and convex-concave buffer device locked with bolts forms a whole to avoid blades subject to cutting forces.

7. Buffer Device

The blade and petiole flexible connected with buffer device,special rubber pad absorbs most of the vibration caused by blade rotation.

8. Blade High-strength Connection

Each blade fixed with buffer device by 16 rivets.Each rivet can load 1.5T(3306Ibs )shear. 

9. Aviation Aluminum Plate

1.5MM thickness 5052 aviation aluminum plate can load minimum 3T(6612Ibs) tensile to ensure the blades will not break when impacted.

10. Abnormal Alarm System 

Control system equipped with protection when over-voltage, overload and phase loss. The fan will automatically alarm and stop work.
