 As DMC non-toxic, highly toxic phosgene substitute, methyl chloride, dimethyl sulfate or the like as a methylating agent carbonylation agent, to improve the safety of production operations, reduce environmental pollution.

As the solvent, DMC can replace Freon, trichloroethane, trichlorethylene,

benzene, xylene and the like for paints, cleaning solvents.

1. It can replace phosgene as carbonylating agent;

2. It can replace dimethyl sulfate as a methylating agent for the synthesis of organic intermediates, pharmaceutical products, and pesticide products;

3. It can be used in paint industry and pharmaceutical industry as a low-toxic solvent;
