Split sets

The split set is widely used in coal mining. It is a new type of full-length anchor, and the three-dimensional part is a high-strength steel rod with a longitudinal slit. When installed in a hole slightly smaller than the pipe diameter, it can immediately apply radial pressure on the hole wall and the friction force to prevent the slide of the surrounding rock, plus the supporting force of the bolt tray, so that the surrounding rock is in a three-way stress state, and the rock stability is realized.

Product parameters

Split set is mainly composed of anchor rod and tray.

The anchor rod has two wall thicknesses, 2.5mm and 3.0mm.

There are two types of trays, one with earhook and one without.

Common specifications: φ30, φ35, φ39, φ43, φ46.
