Features: 1) Material: brass, stainless steel, 316/304/303 stainless steel 2) Applications: wool praying and moistening, mould lubrication, spraying injection, air disinfecting 3) Internal design that makes it possible for the liquid and air to mix internally to produce a fine or coarse drops atomized spray 4) Basically, obtaining fine atomization is done by increasing the air pressure and/or lowering the liquid pressure, resulting in a high ratio of air flow rate to liquid flow rate 5) Adjustable air atomizing spray nozzles produce effective spray by adjusting flow rates without changing air and liquid pressure, thus the nozzles can be used in various environment 6) Each spray set-up consists of an air cap and fluid cap and is available in flat fan spray pattern and round spray pattern over a wide range of flow rates 7) Diversified inlet connection sizes fit through most of common pipes 8) The said nozzle parts can be exchanged to get different spray performance 9) Producing fine drops spray and provide effective humidification 10) Ideal for location where humidity control is a requirement 11) OEM orders with customized designs and specifications
