Metal Bond Micron Diamond synthetic Micron Diamond monocrystalline Metal Diamond high finishing Micron Diamond
Daoya diamond powder DESCRIPTION
Introduction of Metal Bond Micron Diamond
A synthetic material, grown slowly compared to resin bond diamond, Our's metal bond micron diamond features monocrystalline structures with high toughness. The typical blocky crystals are suitable for resin, metal and electroplated bond systems in applications such as grinding ceramics, cemented carbides and glasses. They are also extensively used in polishing and other surface conditioning applications.
Processed using state-of-the-art grading equipment, metal bond micron diamond provides well-controlled particle size distribution and surface cleanliness in a wide range of challenging applications.
Micron Diamond Powder: MW19
Irregular shape, low toughness, uniform Particle Size Distribution.
The best choice when cost is the main concern in the process.
For Lapping, Grinding the hard and fragile material
Micron Diamond Powder: MW30
Semi-blocky shape, medium toughness, uniform Particle Size Distribution
Good combination of high grinding performance and high finishing.
For Lapping, Grinding the hard and Brittle material
Micron Diamond Powder: MW40
Blocky shape, high toughness, uniform Particle Size Distribution, clean
More wear-resistant than MW30.
For Lapping, Grinding and Fishing the hard and Brittleness material
Micron Diamond Powder: MW50
Very blocky shape, high toughness, Narrow Particle Size Distribution, very clean
Very long using life and very high finishing.
For Optical objects, magnet heard, HDD
