CZY-G Pressure-Sensitive Tape Adhesive Strength Tester applies to pressure-sensitive tapes,medical patches,self-adhesive labels,protective films and other products. It uses two methods: inclined rolling ball method and inclined groove rolling ball method.

A: Inclined Rolling Ball Method.
The initial viscosity is measured with the touch of steel balls and the viscous surface of the sample. The steel ball rolls over the surface of the sample which is laid on a inclined plate. Then, evaluate the tack of the ball with the maximum length of the sticky surface to obtain the measurement.
B:Inclined Groove Rolling Ball.
Roll a steel ball of predetermined size through an inclined groove, then measure the distance rolling on the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape of a horizontal plate, and evaluate the size of the initial tack.
