Introduction

Structural features and working principle

The machine enters the machine from the elevator, and the material is cut under the high-speed rotation of the sawtooth rotor to make the material evenly refined. In order to prevent the material from coming out of contact with the serrations of the rotor under the action of the centrifugal force of the rotor, the stator is designed into a cone shape, and a guide bar is added to the inner wall of the stator to make the material fully contact the serrations and push the ground material out hopper.

1. The coconut meat grinder Machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to level, turn on the power of the drive motor, and check whether the rotor rotation direction is consistent with the rotation direction indicator. The machine can continuously produce materials in and out.
2. Cut off the power when shutting down, and rinse the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
3. When the machine is grinding materials, when there are obvious differences in the size of the discharged materials, please replace the saw teeth on the rotor in time.
4. Regularly refuel the bearing seat.

1. Do not shock when feeding;
