Aluminum Oxide, Al2O3 has an outstanding properties like superior mechanical strength, Vickers hardness, compressive strength, fracture toughness. Accordingly, it is wear resistant, and corrosion resistant. Because it is a metallic oxide with well-formed crystal structure, the parts made from alumina ceramic have good performance of corrosion resistance, are insoluble in weak acid or alkaline solution, let alone normal water or medical fluid. The ceramic alumina parts are only slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline solution.
1. Description:
The new energy series ceramics are produced by high purity complex alumina and nano metallization. It is suitable for brazing of different materials such as copper, aluminum and kovar. This series consist of HVDC relay ceramic housing, HVDC contactor ceramic shield, Fusegear ceramic case, ceramic connector for power battery cell.

They are mainly applied in EV vehicles, PHEV vehicles, power charing stations, power storage stations and urban commuting shuttles.
