Operation StepsThe working principle of the horizontal screw centrifuge is very simple. It has been known by the public for a century. The drum and screw are supported by a separate suspension. The material enters through the inlet pipe and accelerates into the core drum body through the drum.
Separation process:
The core consists of a cylindrical and conical rotating drum, and the centrifuge forces the solid material to deposit on the drum wall.
Solid discharge:

Drainage:

The depth of the clarified liquid in the drum can be adjusted by changing different baffles.
