The rubber torsion axle system is designed to be flexibility and can be bolted to a bracket that is fixed on to the chassis. Rubber torsion axle can be u-bolted onto trailer chassis rails, which provides optimum tow-ball weight under situations where the load centre is varied.Torsion trailer axle system is extensively used in a range of trailers such as boat trailer, RV trailer, camper trailer, car trailer and so on. 
Features of 3500lbs rubber torsion axles galvanized 
1. torsion axle system is designed to be flexibility and can be bolted to a bracket that is fixed on to the chassis. They can be u-bolted onto boat trailer chassis rails to allow, which provides optimum tow-ball weight under situations where the load centre is varied. 
2.Torsion axle beam can be power coating or hot dip galvanized surface finish to prevent corrosion.
3.The spindles have high bending strength as they were made by alloy steel material and treat with fire treatment after solid forging.  
4.Bearings used on our axle are imported or Chinese famous brand, which is wearable and serve long time.
