We started up our Hong Kong head office in 2007 and establish our factory in Shenzhen in 2012. We have very professional engineers can give support for precision moulds, CNC turning parts and CNC milling parts. The materials we can handle is stainless steel, steel alloy, copper, aluminum, PEEK, bronze alloy, nylon, derlin, PTFE, etc.
The surface treatments we can handle include anodize, black oxide, powder coating, high polishing, gold plating etc.
In order to make sure the critical dimensions, we import our machines from the USA and Japan. The minimum tolerance we can make is 0.005-0.01 millimeter.
