Product Details
1. It can automatically complete the sawing of the rebar end and the sawing face is smooth which can thread directly
2. The steel bar fixed length mechanism adopts servo motor control, adjusting the distance between the shear blade and positioning baffle through servo motor drive screw mechanism. With encoder measurement, length of high precision, it can up to ± 2 mm.
3. Automatic cutting to length and accurate steel bar cutting make sure the end material of the bar can reach up to 1cm. It can improve the utilization rate of materials.
4. This line can automatically complete the sawing of the rebar end and the sawing face is smooth which can thread directly,the end material of the bars can reach up to 1cm. It can improve the utilization rate of materials.
5. V-type roller conveyor is used to ensure transmission the steel bar to the threading machine automatically, and then turn to the next procedure without manual assistance. V-type adopts wear-resistant material with long service life.
6. Enhanced threading machine has long service life, and it can automatically clamping the steel bar and automatically strip the rib cage. Therefore the labor intensity is reduced and productivity is improved.
