Typical installation areas:
·The road surface is granule bulges and gaps large,the thin siurry sealing layer,gravel seal layer,microtable ans SMA are difficult to be constructed.
·Edge line of highway lane
·Secondary road which needs the long reflective & marking needs have durability.
·The original old line need to be repainted after 2-3 years.
 
The matters needing to attention during the construction
  1. Choose paint should be exquisite,easy to melt and not easy to deposit stratification.
  2. It is not suitable for construction when the temperature is too low or the air humidity is too high,construction is prohibited when the road is wet.
  3. The application should ensure continuity.After loading a car,it should be done as long as possible without interruption,reducing the number of pauses.
  4. The speed of the crossing car should be adjusted according to the fluidity of the coating and the performance of the vehicle according to the actual construction.In principle,the control speed is between 2km/h to 4km/h.
