Introduction: This machine ensure operation more easily and timesaving. It is suitable for coating laminating on the coil paper,Website:http://www.jiangnanmachpoly.com, aluminum foil, unwoven fabric, PP, PE and BOPP etc. Adopts the own patent technology, the products have good quality: high peel off strength, good matte effect, symmetrical thickness, good leak tightness and so on. The machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC Controller interface. It is one of the most advanced heating melt coating machine in China. JLM90-1600 model coating and laminating machine adopts electric, pneumatic and micro system and PLC control system. It include:1. Unwinding system adopts 360 turnover double shafts work station, high speed tochange rolls without stop the machine, Tension is automatically controlled by vertical inverter motor technology, and tension feedback system. Rectify system adopts trolley type automatic pneumatic rectifying equipment (EPC), rectify journey: ±50mm.2. Extruder system:  Pedestal for extruder adopts the light rail pedestal to move automatically from front to back, up and down.3. Screw & Barrel: φ 90mm, L=33D, screw material: 38CrMoAl.hardening and surface itrogen Treated (NT), enhanced double mixing type, with high capacity. Change filter by hand.4. Japan Omron digital intelligent temperature control system.corona5. Loop of porcelain enamel for screw and barrel; (each zone with overload short circuit device).6. Stainless steel inside heat die (each zone with overload short circuit device).7. T-die: new type featheredge mould, material: 5CrNiMoV, hardening and tempering, deal with Chrome, having good tenacity, will not transmogrification after frequently using in high temperature.8. The reduction gear box adopts high strength hard tooth surface reduction box with high obscuration and more reliable.9. Online Trimming system: up and down double circle knife.10. Winding adopts 360 turnover double work station and frequency conversion control. Automatic accounting and remind to change webs.11. Max diameter of unwinding: 1000mm, max diameter of winding: 1000mm.12. Pneumatic shaft for unwinding and winding: 3 inch (diameter: 76mm).13. Total power: 100 kw. (cost 50kw/h during running).14.
