Over 30 staff working there. 20 of them are technicians whose main duty is to design and test new product, continuously improving already existed product. The factory, sales team and after sales service team are working in Shenzhen. More than 200 employees here, most of them are workers in facoty. There are 5 technicians in the after sales service team who are responsible for pre-sales technical support, on-site installtion guidance, technical training and defect spare parts repairing etc. Cinstar spares no effect to insist the business principle of "honesty, integrity and responsibility".
