Material characteristics:
Inconel 600:
It is a kind of nickel-chromium alloy. It resists to the high temperature oxidation. Also, it resists to the corrosion of Reducing medium, oxidation medium and Nitrogen medium. And, it performs well in the environment of Dry chlorination and hydrogen chloride gas. Contain of chromium makes the corrosion resistance of Inconel 600 better than pure nickel in the Oxidized environment; while, high content of nickel allow it keep the pretty effective corrosion resistance in the Reducing environment and alkali solution.

Inconel 625:
It is nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Added niobium element with the molybdenum element harden the alloy; thus, no heat treatment needed, it shows the high strength property. After Stable heat treatment, it can work in the environment of 650-900℃. it is excellently resist to the pitting, Clearance corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion. It almost does not affected by the stress corrosion caused by chloride ion. Good ability of corrosion resist to Inorganic acid such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid. It also resist to Organic acids and alkali, and its mechanical property performs good as well.

Inconel 718:
It is a precipitation hardening nickel-chromium alloy. It contains some iron, niobium , molybdenum and a small amount of aluminum and titanium. This alloy has properties of corrosion resistance and high strength at the same time, and it its weld-ability is excellent, and can resist Rupture after welding. When it works in the environment of 700℃ or lower, it performs very good on resistance of creep rupture. When the working temperature reach 1,000℃, it has the strong resistance to oxidation.

InconelX-750:
It is similar to the Inconel 600. Since aluminum and titanium elements are added in this alloy, it could be precipitation hardening. It has the outstanding corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance when it in the temperature of under 980℃, and it still has the higher strength in the temperature of under 800℃; also, under 540℃, it has good relaxation resistance. Its form-ability and weld-ability are excellent, and its mechanical property shows excellently in the low temperature environment.
