MA.J’s history can be traced back to 1994, when our founders commenced to engage in the mold fabrication in China. Through over 20 years of development, MA.J has become a one-stop total plastics solutions provider.
MA.J’s mission is “Integrity, quality and service come first”. We are ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 18001 qualified enterprise. Our core business strategy is to provide one-stop total plastics solutions, which include plastic components mechanical design, mold design, mold fabrication, plastic components manufacturing and secondary process services in producing BMC, SMC, PA, PC, ABS and POM products. We seek to differentiate ourselves by taking a proactive role at the early stage of our customers’ product design and development phase.
Currently, MA.J’s production base is located in Guangdong, the P.R.C. The total gross floor of own production facilities are approximately 20,000 square meter.
We invest in manufacturing equipment from Japanese and European manufactures, such as Sodick and DMG. Robotic arms are also employed to automate the process and improve processing stability and molding quality.
With the advanced equipment and twenty years experience in the industry, MA.J is now offering our manufacturing services to many global famous brands and the OEM service to a large and diverse customer base from various industries.
