The principle of normal pressure filling is adopted. When the empty can enters the lifting tray, the filling valve and empty cans are aligned. The empty can rises and seals, and then the valve opening of the filling valve is automatically opened. Stop the filling when the return air outlet of the valve is blocked by the filling liquid. The filled jar is sent to the head of the sealing machine via the hook chain, and the lid is sent to the tank mouth via the feeder cap and the indenter. When the tray mechanism is raised, the indenter presses the tank mouth, and the sealing wheel is pre-sealed after being sealed, the cans are sealed and pushed by the capping mechanism, and then transported out of the can. The main electrical components are Siemens PLC, Delta inverters, Omron proximity switches, Siemens analog output and South Korea's solenoid valves.
