This machine is the exclusive equipment developed by Jinben Machinery with reference to the domestic and international cans filling and sealing machines. The principle of normal pressure filling is adopted. When the empty can enters the lifting tray, the filling valve and empty cans are aligned. The empty can rises and seals, and then the valve opening of the filling valve is automatically opened. Stop the filling when the return air outlet of the valve is blocked by the filling liquid. The filled jar is sent to the head of the sealing machine via the hook chain, and the lid is sent to the tank mouth via the feeder cap and the indenter. When the tray mechanism is raised, the indenter presses the tank mouth, and the sealing wheel is pre-sealed after being sealed, the cans are sealed and pushed by the capping mechanism, and then transported out of the can.
The main electrical components are Siemens PLC, Delta inverters, Omron proximity switches, Siemens analog output and South Korea's solenoid valves. The company's senior electrical engineers designed the most reasonable configuration, and the entire production speed can be adjusted on the touch screen. All common faults can be automatically alarmed with the corresponding fault location given. According to the severity of the fault, the PLC automatically determines whether the host should continue to run or stop.
The machine has the following features: fast filling speed, uniform liquid level in the tank to the height of the tank after filling, stable operation of the whole machine, good sealing quality, elegant appearance, convenient to use and maintenance, and other outstanding features.
