Q: Do you do custom-made designs?
A: Yes, we are able to do custom-made service for you. We have our watch sketch designer, watchengineer, they could make sure that your design and watch arefeasible. And the final effect will most similar as our sketch. Of couse we would offer sketch and structure chart for you beore making sample and bulk.
Q: What's the production time if we need to make the sample with our design?
A: In usual we have two suggestion for our customers. 1)if we have the sample in stock, we suggest our customer buy one sample without logo to see the quality. If you are satisfied with the quality, you could start the bulk directly. We could ship the stock sample in 3-5 days. It will be very fast. 2)If you want to custom a series of sample watches with different color, dial, strap, as your reference, we could make different sample with your logo for you, it will need more time-about 40 days or more time, because we need to make the new dial, new case and new strap, it will need many time.
Q: What's the material we used for our watch strap?
A: Usually by stainless steel, nylon, silica gel, genuine leather, calf leather. We could offer different material with different style and color. Please confirm the strap witl us again.
