Application:
# The Whole machine unit is composed of Three Main Parts: (1, Front Line Small Bag Packing Stage; 2, Automatic Conveying and Repacking System 3, Robot Palletizing System);
# Automatically realize the function of small bag packing and repacking into big bag to palletize for shipping;
# Widely applied in the area of washing powder / seeds / grains / plastic granular markets which mostly adopting the packing model of small bag into big bag.
Main Machine Features:
# Adopting Siemens PLC Control System with Touch Screen operating greatly facilitates the workers to operate the machine;

All the packing machine frame shall be made of SS304 Stainless Steel which is easy for daily cleaning; all the conveyor shall be made of painted carbon steel;

The secondary packing system shall realize automatic bag shaping conveying, bag adjusting and dropping location arranging, automatic big bag feeding, conveying & sewing;
#
The weighing machine shall be equipped with Mettler Toledo load Cell which ensure good weighing performance and good weighing accuracy;
#
The system language shall be pre-set Chinese and English Version which can be switched easily;
