Product Introduction
PVC-U hollow-wall inner spiral noise reducing pipe is manufactured by using polyvinyl chloride resin as main raw material and adding necessary additives to kneed and extrude forming. This product changes an unordered mode of traditional gravity drainage to an ordered mode of ratory influent, spiral diversion and respective discharges of water and vapour, in this way, it can be forcibly achieved that water flows in water film along pipe wall so as to reduce water flow velocity, reduce the resistance coefficient of water tongue, depress water noise of impacting pipe. Studies show that the noise power of PVC-U spiral silencing drainage pipe is only 30% to 50% of common PVC-U drainage pipe while the water throughout capacity is also greatly enhanced, and the pipe is provided with multiple effects.
Features
1. Noise reducing effect is better; th soundproof effect of PVC-U hollow-wall inner spiral noise reducing pipe is especially obvious, and the noise level reduced by this product is lower 8 to 10 dB than one by standard soild wall pipe, the noise generated is effectively kept within limits during sewage discharge.
2. Water flowing is more clear and center air nucleus is kept interpenetrating from top to bottom in standpipe where the pressure fluctuation is stablized, the positive and negative changes of air pressure are in 20mm to 40mm H2O, the air quantity is decreased about 15% to 20%, and the discharge capacity is increased about 25% to 35%. The usual negative pressure suction and positive pressure splash are effectively reduced so as to ensure the liquid seals of sanitation equipments not to be damaged.
3. Firmness is good. Because there is clear air column in pipe, the pressure fluctuation is reduced in pipe, and the safety coefficient is improved in use of pipe, six triangular spiral ribs on inside wall of pipe are provided with remarkable reinforcement effect, and can effectively reduce the break phenomenon of pipe resulting from impact of external force.
