Telematics box, as the so-called t-box, vehicle black box or smart box, is being widely used in fields such as insurance, periodic tenancy, fleet management, driver behavior management, electric vehicle remote management, and stolen vehicle recovery (SVR). The tbox makes a very important role in the whole telematics system.
In-house designed, developed and manufactured by Hopechart, the t-box HQT401 comes with GPS and GNSS positioning module, 4G LTE module, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, internal battery, CAN Bus and RS232 ports. As the tbox HQT401 adopts design of vehicular gauge, it can stand extreme working environment and conditions. The tbox can realize vehicle remote tracking and monitoring, vehicle control, security detection and warning, vehicle remote diagnostics and breakdown call. Like our other tbox or tachograph products, the HQT401 can be also work together with the double Din Android multimedia screen.

|
Data storage |
Real-time data storage |
The collected real-time data can be saved into the Tbox internal storage medium based on interval of 10ms. These data can be readout on computer. |
Datarecovering |
|
If network disconnects, the real-time data will be saved into the local storage medium and be resent to the monitoring platform once network recovers. |
Independent operation |
|
Tbox can continue to work when external power cuts off. The data of the first 30 minutes after power cuts off can be guaranteed to be sent to the platform. |
Driver behavior |
|
Analyzing driver behavior in real time, the device will report the events to the back-office platform once detecting bad driving behavior, including harsh acceleration, harsh turn, harsh deceleration and cornering without light. |
Device management |
Power management |
Five modes: working mode, monitoring mode, sleep mode, off mode, storage mode |
Self-check |
When being powered on and used, device will automatically check status of GPS and network and display the status by LED indicators. |
