4/3 D AH Warman Centrifugal Slurry Pump , Mining Horizontal Centrifugal Slurry Pump Description: 4/3D-AH: Flow rate:24-55 l/s,Head:9 -52m, motor power:Max.60kw. 4/3D-AHR:Flow rate:22-50l/s,Head:5-34.5m,motor power:Max.60kw. AH-type mining heavy duty slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal centrifugal pump, suitable for metallurgy, mining, coal, power building materials and other industrial sectors containing suspended solids particles of liquid. Such as concentrates, tailings, ash, cinder, cement, soil, gravel and other strong hardness, strong corrosion of high concentrations of slurry. The temperature of the solid-liquid mixture to be delivered shall not exceed 80 C and the weight concentration may be up to 60%. Features: # # AH-type slurrypump inlet for the axial, export for the radial, the user can be adjusted in the direction of the direction of the export direction, adjust the minimum angle of 45 . # AH-type slurry pump from the direction of the inlet as a counter-clockwise rotation, commonly used in four ways: DC type, CV type, ZV type, CR type. # The shaft seal is sealed with Gland seal , Expeller Seal and mechanical Seal. Material: High chrome alloy, Nature Rubber and Polyurethane. Impeller: High chrome alloy and Nature rubber impellers are completely interchangeable. Impellers can be produced from 2 vans to 8 vans as required. High efficiency, high head and OEM designs are also available. Liner: High chrome alloy and nature rubber liners are completely interchangeable. Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and east of maintenance. Bearing assembly: A large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame. Pump Casing: Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external modified ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
