Water cooledunitary air conditioner components (1) Scroll compressor Adopts high reliability fully hermetic scroll compressor, precise manufacturing skill, stable and reliable performance, low noise level and high COP. (2) Unit casing Frames and panels adopts clipped installation theory, using high qualitysteel plate, firm and elegant, easily assimilate with the conditioned space. (3) Refrigeration equipment Adopts well known branded refrigerant system control component, precise control and reliable quality. Refrigeration system includes high low pressure switch, expansion valve, filter dryer, etc. (4) Intellectualized controller Adopts micro-computer intelligent controller, with user-friendly digital operation panel and high automation, and auto failure detection and alarming system when malfunction occurs. (5) Evaporator coil and shell tube condenser Adopts high purity seamless inner groove copper tube and aluminum grade slit fin which is joint tightly through machinery, to achieve optimum heat transfer efficiency.Aluminium fin has undergone hydrophilic treatment, can effectively reduce condense water membrane thcikness cause by refrigeration cycle, thus decreasing water membrance heat resistance and increasing coil overall efficiency.Water cooled condenser adopts shell and tube or plate type heat exchanger, low pressure drop, high COP. (6) Fan blower motor Adopts forward curved centrifugal double inlet impeller wheel, which has undergone balancing inspection and s silent less vibration during long operating hours, so ensuring high air discharge efficiency. Adopts direct drive motor, can effectively reduce motor rotation speed and also increase rotation efficiency, can reduce unit noise level to the lowest possible.
