Detailed Description
Structure and Principle:
The motor actuates the bowl through helical gear pair of clutch to rotate around the spindle at high speed. The material liquid flows to the bottom of bowl through central feed pipe on top to flow out and run into the space of bowl wall under the disc seat. In the centrifugal force field, the solid-phase granules with larger specific gravity settle to the wall of bowl, and are discharged through residue outlet under the control of sliding bowl. The liquid phase moves to the center after full sedimentation through disc and is discharged off the machine through centripetal pump.

The machine is in simple structure and can be easily maintained.
Main Application
Mainly applied to separation and clarification of liquid-solid and liquid-liquid-solid separation of solid substances between 1-15% and solid-phase granules with particle size larger than 0.5um, such as oils, plant oils, animal oils, fish oils, base oils, various fuel oils, and lubricants, etc, clarification of milk products; Food: Clarification of fruit juices and separation of beer, as well as separation and clarification of fermentation liquids during fermentation brewing; Pharmaceutical: Extraction of vaccines, mycelium, glucose, insulin, antibiotic, and vitamin; Chemical: Recovery of solvent of dry-cleaning agent, galvanizing liquid, solution of aluminum sulfate, tar-water mixed liquid, PVC, PP, PE, silver (during processing of films), as well as catalyst and magnetite, etc; Traditional Chinese Medicine: separation and clarification of plant extracting solutions.
