The thermoforming machine for the pulp molded products , also called the fine pulp molding machine or dry-in-mold pulp molding machine . 2, the molding tools reciprocate moving and rotary moving together,making sure that the equal pulp suction and fast dewater , saving the production cost. The forming tools moving is drived by the pneumatic-hydraulic damping cylinder , fast and stable moving. The forming rotary moving is adopting the frequency conversion technology , rotary moving stable and high precsion .
3, big working palten and suitable for the less than 1.5degree molded pulp moldes , also suitable for the production mixing different molded pulp products . High efficiency .
4, hot press heating way: it can be choose by the customer from the local resouces and local market .steam heating , thermal oil and electric heating available . And the temperature can be adjusted .
